This time the Port Council was devoted to the discussion of the Concept of corporate strategy of SE "ASPU" till 2025. The Company, together with other members of the Board, provided comments and suggestions to the document. In particular, the company's representatives noted that ASPU needs a program of personnel headcount optimization and development under a specific organizational structure with the involvement of international experts.
The second item on the agenda was the discussion of amendments to the Mandatory Regulations for the Pivdenny Seaport and tugboat operations.
The participants of the Port Council were also presented with the Memorandum on cooperation between the Pivdenny Seaport Administration and port operators in order to facilitate employment of released workers from the Branch in order to preserve the human resources potential in the port industry of Ukraine.
