In 2024, Portinvest Logistic showed dynamic growth in sales volumes: an increase of 168% compared to the previous year. This result was ensured by multiplied volumes of forwarding and agency services provided. Tax payments also increased notably: during the year, the company transferred UAH 17 million to the state and local budgets.
In 2024, Portinvest Logistic organized the transshipment of 2.6 million tons of cargo, which is 52% more than in 2023. The company provided agency services to 92 vessels; 19% more than the previous year. The main cargo categories are still clay, metal products, iron ore concentrate, and oil cakes. The company also expanded its import transportation, including mineral fertilizers and salt.
“2024 was marked by an industry revival when the cargo turnover of Ukrainian ports reached a record high of 97.2 million tons,” says Mykola Strelnikov, CEO of Portinvest Logistic. “Stable operation of the Ukrainian Sea Corridor, which is ensured by our defenders, allowed us to set ambitious goals and expect further growth in 2025. Apart from developing our operational capabilities, we are considering cooperation opportunities with other freight forwarders to increase volumes of transshipment in Ukrainian ports.”
During the year, the company expanded its customer portfolio: the number of partners increased by 20%. A new area for development was cooperation with the Black Sea Fishing Port, which created additional logistics opportunities. The main ports where the company provides services are the Izmail Sea Port, the Pivdennyi Port, and the Port of Chornomorsk.
